This week in Nursery

Yet another busy week and the last one of this half term. We can’t believe how quickly time has gone and the children have settled so well. It was lovely to chat to so many of you this week and to let you know how your child has settled.

After the half term holiday we will have a new story ‘We’re going on a bear hunt’ written by Michael Rosen. Lots of children may already be familiar with this book but here is the author reading the story and he has added some actions too…

We know from chatting to parents how popular the ‘Write Dance’ activities have been at home. Here is another one the children have been dancing to in Nursery…

This week the children have been playing with pumpkins in our autumn tray and have enjoyed going on train journeys by driving their own trains on the track. Some children pretended to drive cars and others liked dressing up or playing with the dolls.

Have a look at the photos of the wide variety of activities they have been doing with their friends or on their own…

Have a lovely week off and we will see you again week beginning 1st November from the Nursery team.

That’s amazing and so nice to see Sunaina playing and learning.
Thank you so much what you have done this term. Have a lovely half term, see you all soon.

Great photos again. It’s lovely to see what the children are doing and how they are learning. Lauren loves the book “going on a bear hunt” – I think she knows all the words by heart, so I’m sure she and her friends in class will enjoy that next term. We are also all enjoying learning the moves to the “write dance” clips!! We are all joining in at home!!
